Katie Castillo: Property Manager

Our Property manager is Katie Castillo. For over a decade at Ashland, she has managed a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona. She is a is BOMA Principal Director, 2007 Board of Directors, co-Chair the BOMA Finance Committee and a Principal Director of BOMA Arizona.

Shannon Mitchell: Assistant

Shannon Mitchell is Ashland Group's Girl Friday. Shannon assists Duff Hearon and Katie Castillo in all manner of real estate business.

Duff James Hearon: Web Manager

Duff James, not to be mistaken with the older version, has assisted the Ashland Group since the summer of '06. He has helped in updating their website and researching properties in the area. He is much appreciated around the office.
